Conflict Resolution for Christians
Mediation/Arbitration
1 Corinthians 6: 1-8 states that a Christian is not to file a
lawsuit against another Christian in secular court, but he or she
must instead go to other wise Christians for resolution.
But Christians are often forced to resolve conflicts with other
Christians in secular court because one party may refuse to take the
matter to a Christian arbitrator, or the parties may have difficulty
finding a Christian arbitrator.
Ms. Phillips is offering an option for Christians who would like
to resolve conflicts with other Christians by providing effective,
confidential and expeditious arbitration and mediation services.
Ms. Phillips is a trained arbitrator who currently sits on the
labor panel with the American Arbitration Association. She honed her
skills in conflict resolution and decision-making during her tenure
as an Administrative Law Judge with the City of New York. She is
also a Christian.
